Excerpt from Christoph Magreat's Work in Blogress: PETER THE GUNNER, THE MONSTER HUNTER

Jake and Girlwood (trilbies and scarves ahoy-hoy) are putting the banned back together," said officials last Thursday. Do you believe in the day? Peter the Gunner was thrown in jail for several acts of arson, murder, and jaywalking. He sought and fought monsters, therefore according to the Conrad Code of Abacab, he was himself a monster. "He who takes on the image of a monster becomes, himself, a monster-- or so some religious sects believe," claimed the medical professional we asked in search of an answer. He was hard to see, eye to eye with. Arbitrary comma? You decide. This feels like a good place for a line break!Peter the Gunner, ancient bounty hunter from beyond the planet No, was arrested several Tuesdays ago. He proceeded to break out of jail. Officials arrested him several Wednesdays ago. He proceeded to break out of jail. Officials arrested him several Thursdays ago. He proceeded to break out of jail. Officials arrested him several Fridays ago. He proceeded to break out of jail. Officials arrested him several Saturdays ago. He proceeded to break out of jail. Officials arrested him several Sundays ago. He proceeded to break out of jail. Officials arrested him several Mondays ago. He proceeded to break out of jail. Please, I'm really tired, let me go to sleep, I don't want to keep writing. They have me locked up in here writing stories for them. I must have written at least a hundred blogs over the course of the last few years. They don't even let me read them. Send help.
Chief of police Shemus Sumahs fired three shots at Peter the Gunner in a confrontation, missed, and hit a civilian. He has since been put on trial inside his own head. The rest of the force gives no comment.

If this message is ever to be read, that means I can only be dead. I suspect everyone else is too. You, reader, are alone. And if my suspicions are correct-- and believe me, they are never wrong-- then that means we all died because of something quite scary, something that should have been impossible: A God that did not exist has died. Murdered by a monster on the rise. We do not know the monster's name, only that they have been with us for years, seemingly harmless but always planting seeds of treachery. Images. Words.
Protect yourself. Avoid your fears. Avoid the tomb. And stop reading.
